WHY DPTM
WHAT IS DPTM
The Data Protection Trustmark is a voluntary, enterprise-wide certification developed by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).
It assesses how mature an organisation's data protection governance actually is, through a structured audit rather than a self-declaration.
In 2025 it was formalised as Singapore Standard SS 714:2025.
Certification is granted by IMDA-appointed assessment bodies; our work is everything that happens before the audit.
